Smircle, a pioneering fundraising platform, is redefining social giving with transparency, donor engagement, human interaction, and fun. We were tasked with revitalizing Smircle's online presence and enhancing the overall user experience.
Smircle offers various features like direct donations, lotteries, auctions, and event ticketing, all aimed at providing donors with a rewarding and enjoyable giving experience. Our primary challenge was to uncover the reason behind the low website traffic and devise an effective solution to address it.
1. Enhance Lottery Flow Improve user experience during lottery participation.

Thorough research, including user interviews, focus maps, heatmaps, user personas, SWOT, and competitive analysis, we formed the foundation. User journey maps and flows identified pain points, leading to efficient UX solutions.
After presenting various ideas, the client selected his favorite three primary concepts: lottery animation screen, donor groups & chats, and lottery quizzes. The UI process seamlessly integrated with the existing style guide, focusing on the user's needs.
Overcoming challenges in developing lottery animations, our team achieved a seamless user experience. Notably, I introduced engaging landing page animations and dynamic spinning logo, enhancing Smircle's online presence. Additionally, fun animations during lottery drawings added excitement and real-life feel to the experience.
To strengthen donor connection, we introduced donor groups, allowing users to interact based on shared interests. This feature fosters community and enriches the giving experience, aligning with Smircle's mission.
Lottery quizzes tailored to ongoing lotteries added an element of fun and knowledge. Users engage with content they choose from and receive rewards, enhancing engagement and making the giving experience more fulfilling, personalized and fun.
This project, which focused on storytelling and emotional connection, became deeply meaningful to us. With the client's enthusiasm and our team's dedication, our goal was to bring smiles to Smircle's users and revolutionize the landscape of social giving. Through rigorous testing methods like usability testing, A/B testing, heatmaps, and focus maps, we iterated based on user feedback. The final product was met with great enthusiasm from the client, marking a successful collaboration.
